I know that we are just finishing up our project and there may be a few odds & ends to complete, but I did not want to wait to share my feedback on our home renovation project. When it comes to our beach house, we like to say "the tans fade, but the memories last forever". This place is much more than a house to us, it is a home where we have spent many years watching our girls grow up, friends laugh and memories get made. And, from the very first day, your entire team treated it as if it was their own home. This includes Oleg, Wade, Costa, Jesus, Jamie, Roman, Mike, Phil and anyone else I may have missed. What an outstanding crew! A few other things that I feel are worth mentioning, and are why we have already referred several clients to you: 1) You approached the bid process and the project execution with a high degree of professionalism and you communicated very well with me & my wife - This builds confidence and trust which was our #1 buying criteria 2) You were highly professional and always respectful of our home and our time - we don't ever offer up the keys to our home, but with this team, we never had one minute of concern 3) You talk-straight and treated us fairly- It was always clear to us that you gave options that had our best interest first, made recommendations that looked ahead to anticipate and avoid future problems and you always provided options, but with a point of view about what was the best path to take (Wade is excellent at this). And, while you were not the lowest bidder, you were reasonable, fair and transparent at all times when it came to your fees. That is what wins repeat business and referrals and you have clearly figured that out. 4) You make and keep commitments - The work you did was of solid quality, on-time and as promised; I also have no doubt that if there are any issues that come up later, that you will stand behind your work and do whatever it takes to make it right. That is the earmark of a truly successful company. 5) You go above and beyond - Taking those little extra steps to make sure that we were pleased goes a long way; Wade and the guys saved my back by moving that storage container; Phil even alerted me to someone illegally parked at the house when we weren't there. The pictures you sent us throughout the project kept us informed and feeling connected, even when we could not be there. The cadence and amount of communication with us, especially from Phil and Wade, was perfect. Please share this note with the team and anyone that I may have missed. Hey Phil I’m been very busy, sorry it has taken so long to thank you and your workers for a great job. I have had the opportunity to talk to many of the owners and all are very satisfied with all the work your guys did. They were very professional, and polite to our owner. The work they did on the north and south side of the building is more then we expected and turned out perfect. Everyone is happy with the stairs as well. We have owned here for over 17 years. I stay here 6 months out of the year, now that I have retired. I also am the person who takes care of the flowers and landscaping. I am telling you all of this for a reason. Rarely does one get a compliment or a thank you these days. I wanted to tell you that I have lived here long enough to pretty much witness it all, when it comes to construction workers, painters, repair work, etc. Most have been average at best but we also have had some real doozies. You live and learn from these experiences. Ocean Tower...you are the exception! 👍 All of your workers... they arrived early and worked hard. They were polite and respectful. They also cleaned up after themselves, which was so appreciative! I also want to give Phil Sorrells a shout out. He was on top of things and also here checking on his workers. He was friendly and open to answering any and all questions. He would follow through immediately on a request or challenge. You have a great team working for you and it definitely shows....our building looks amazing! We are so proud and happy with the results! Great job! I was so worried about all of my plants and flowers being trampled and ruined but I didn’t lose one! 😁Amazing! A big thank you and Bravo 👏 to your company and team players! Have a great day!

BTW – The whole OC Tower Construction team (from you, to the site carpenters, to Phil) did an awesome job from start to finish. Phil was awesome, detailed, professional, and never treated this relatively small job like it was small. In addition to all of that, he has an excellent attitude. I very much appreciated the effort and resources put in on Monday (last day of the project) to finish it in time for us to clean and have it ready for our next guests that same day. Please make sure this gets back to the owner/operator. I have dealt with lots of contractors with my background in construction over the past 15 years and OC Tower and the team are definitely one of the best I’ve worked with! Thanks! Rob

We recently had two sliders, two windows, and a door installed in our condo, Unit No. 9 in WW (Friday August 17th and Monday August 20th). We would like to commend the excellent work two of your employees, Eddie and Jesus, did on our unit. They were both very professional, exceptionally hard workers, but most of all the quality of both of their work was superb. It is so refreshing to find two young men who take their work so seriously, and strive for excellence in their work. You are fortunate to have Eddie and Jesus as part of your work force. Hello! I am Shirley M. and during the past several weeks, I have been dealing with some of your workers from Ocean Tower. I would be extremely grateful if you could do something to honor both Gabby and Carlos. These 2 young men have worked tirelessly in our condo. Each day, they come in and greet me very courageously. They do their work, carefully cleaning up after themselves very meticulously. They are always so polite and pleasant.
